The Ice Bucket came to my son’s birthday party this past weekend and it was great! Both kids and adults loved it, there were lots of options, so something for everyone to enjoy. The service was great, communication was easy and quick! If you’re looking for an ice cream truck for an event, I highly recommend The Ice Bucket!

We were frequent customers up until today. The last few times we went they weren’t very friendly (figured maybe they were having a bad day), but today they were just rude. Barley greeted us & rolling eyes when asked for napkins. It was very odd because we never give them a hard time, order tons, often tip, and recommend the place to others. We do sometimes bring our puppy who has lots of energy, which maybe that’s what bothers them :( It WAS one of my favorite places. Loved the sherbies. BUT unfortunately I will NOT be back after today’s visit.

My summers are simply not complete without multiple trips to The Ice Bucket in Copley. The ice cream is fantastic, but that's only part of the story. The owners also operate Da Dawg House, where you'll find great smash burgers, hot dogs, and my personal weakness: the Sloppy Joe. In my opinion, it's the best thing since sliced bread. They also serve a mean apple pie. Unfortunately, there is one lady there who always talks me into buying a slice of that apple pie. I blame her entirely for my lack of self-control. Thankfully, they keep secrets, and my doctor will never know. Great food, great people, and one of my favorite summer traditions. Highly recommended.

We hired Crystal and her team to come to my daughter‘s baby shower. They were responsive both by phone text and email. The shaved ice and ice cream and everything tasted so wonderful. They were accommodating to little kids and everyone who wanted to share in the fun. She adapted quickly to the surroundings and made her spot available with easy access to everyone at the party. Very affordable and I would definitely have The Ice Bucket back out for a future event. Bravo.

The food is lit. You won't find a better hot dog in this area and the shaved ice drinks make the it all the better. The staff is always polite even wen they're busy. If ur anywhere in that area go there. Even if your not its worth a drive. Good food,drinks and A1 service. GO THERE,u wont be disappointed.
